When will I receive my coffee?
 
Subscriptions will arrive at the start of the month (e.g. if you start your subscription in January, your first bag of coffee will be delivered at the beginning of February)

How much coffee will I receive?
 
We currently offer 1kg ('BIG ONE'), 500g ('MEDIUM ONE') and 250g ('LITTLE ONE') subscriptions

When do I need to sign up by?

All orders are sent out for the start of the month

While we always try our best to stick to this, if you place an order right at the end of the month there may be a slight delay

How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

You can either contact us to pause / cancel at any time or sign in to your account and pause / cancel from there
