When will I receive my coffee?
 
Subscriptions will arrive at the start of the month (e.g. if you start your subscription in January, your first bag of coffee will be delivered at the beginning of February)

How much coffee will I receive?
 
We currently offer 1kg ('BIG ONE'), 500g ('MEDIUM ONE') and 250g ('LITTLE ONE') subscriptions

When do I need to sign up by?

All orders are sent out for the start of the month

Bristol & Bath: we'll guarantee all orders placed before the 25th of the preceding month 
London, Wales and Scotland: we'll guarantee all orders placed before the 20th of the preceding month. Orders made after these dates may not be fulfilled at the start of the next month (though we will try!)

How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

You can either contact us to pause / cancel at any time or sign in to your account and pause / cancel from there
